Why donate to The Samosa?
The Samosa and its content aren't free to produce. Quality journalism, supporting new voices and building and maintaining a decent website all cost money. Although The Samosa has received public funding, we cannot continue without the generous support we get from private members of the public who share our desire to give a voice to incisive, principled reportage and comment.
Please support us with whatever you can afford, and allow our work to continue. Although we have an agenda to challenge extremism, injustice and inequality, we do not fund party political activity of any nature or take money from political lobbyists.
We promise that, of all the revenue we receive through donations, 80 per cent will go straight into commissioning and producing content, i.e. paid directly to journalist, writers, bloggers and contributors to the site's content. The remaining 20 per cent will be used towards operational costs, overheads and paying our fair share of taxes.
Please donate using the PayPal button opposite. Thanks.
